Seven Keys to Adaptability, Engagement & Innovation
Being adaptable, agile, and able to engage the full range of skills and innovation on our teams are things that we have been told time and time again are needed for effective leadership. Yet the widely known “how to’s” of leadership still remain unattainable to many. What stands in the way of becoming the powerful leaders we are meant to be is how consciously aware we are of some of the unconscious things that influence our leadership behavior.
Effective leadership requires leadership consciousness. This refers to an awareness of how our own personal energy is working for or against us in accomplishing our leadership goals. Do we tend to look at situations and see them as problems or opportunities? As win/lose situations or win/win? These are just two examples of leadership consciousness. In this session, you’ll learn about 7 levels of leadership consciousness and the impact they have on our success in business and elsewhere in our lives.
